      <image:caption>I fell in love with yoga way before I understood why. I’d been raised in a circle of over-achievers and hard-workers with messages to plan, give, and create more. And by moving with such momentum through life I accomplished a lot, but missed out on the many joys of actual living and knowing myself. I’ve been a student of yoga for 30 years, and in 2010 I began teaching. I’ve taught in yoga studios, physical therapy clinics, online, and at retreats. Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of learning many types of yoga, physical therapy, and ayurvedic wellness that have all influenced and served me at different times of my life. What I know is that a practice that is slow, subtle, and connected with my breath - brings me directly into the sensations of being awake, connected, and resilient in this world. I love teaching, sharing, and growing in community with others in ways that are accessible to everyone. I teach with kindness, care, honesty, and love. I believe that each of us holds an innate wisdom if we can begin to notice, listen and trust ourselves. When we start to, it opens the door to our own healing and growth, and awakens us into our life.</image:caption>
